May The Lord Strengthen Thee out of Zion

By Pastor (Mrs) Anthonia Obafaiye –
The theme of the month of June is Strong and Courageous as spoken by God through His Prophet and I perceive in my spirit that God is saying to someone here today ‘Fear not for I will strengthen you, for I will never leave nor forsake thee’.
Brethren I took the liberty to look up the meaning of the words strong and courageous.
Strong means having the power to move heavy objects or perform other physically demanding tasks like Samson. But no one is stronger than our God, the one that sits in heaven and doeth as He pleases.
The word courageous means having courage, to be valiant and to be brave.
It also means the quality of the mind or spirit that enables a person to face difficulty, danger and pain.
Brethren of our own accord we can do absolutely nothing but I rejoice at the word of God in the Bk of Phillip. 4:13 which says ‘I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me’.
True strength and courage only comes from God, we can only have the strength and courage of God if we know Him and most importantly if He knows you and I. (2 Tim. 2:19)
The Bk of Isa 40: 28-31 makes us to understand that it is only in the place of waiting upon The Lord that our strength and courage can be renewed by God.
It is in the place of praise & worship to God ( for The Lord seekers those who will worship Him in spirit and in truth), a place of prayer, a place of reading, studying, memorising and meditating on the word of God, that we can draw nearer & closer to Him, and He likewise draws nearer & closer to us. Above all when we begin to put into practice His words that we have hid in our hearts then the more we will become like Him in everything He stands for.
Our main Bible reading will be taken from the Bk of 2 Kings 4: 17-37
Brethren this is an interesting story I must say, very inspiring and encouraging. We can draw so many life changing lessons from it.
Brethren this is a woman that I do not know how long she had been waiting for a child, because the Bible did not tell us how long she had been waiting but it made us to understand in verse 14 of 2 Kings 4 that her husband was old.
Then one day because this woman and her husband provoked God’s blessings by taking care of a Prophet of God (Elisha), he did not ask or command it, he just went about doing God’s business, but un-knowingly to Elisha this Shunammite woman was observing him as he came and went and perceived in her spirit that he was a holy man of God, and she took permission and consent from her husband and they made room for him in their home. So anytime Elisha was in town he had a place to retire and rest.
The Bible says in Matt. 10:41 whomsoever gives a Prophet a cup of water shall receive a Prophet’s reward, whomsoever watereth shall be watered also.
This barren woman became a mother of a son after so many years of waiting.
But Brethren we all know that the devil is a bad devil, the bible says in 1Peter 5:8 he walketh about like a roaring lion seeking whom he will devour, but my prayer is that he will not cast his eyes on us or find us to devour in Jesus mighty name.
The Bible makes us to understand that when this child was grown, when it was almost time for him to begin to reward the labour of his parents care over his life , in his prime, the devil struck and he fell ill and died on his mother’s knees.
This woman had the kind of strength and courage that can only come from God, the grace of God was indeed sufficient for her, she did not tell her husband, she took their son and laid him on the bed of the man of God and shut the door upon him, and went after the man of God.
She just took permission from her husband for the release of one of the young men and one donkey for her trip to go after the man of God.
Brethren the woman of Shunammite ran back to the source of her blessing, she knew that when she gets to where Elisha was she will make a connection with his God.
Brethren what do we do when things begin to fall apart in our lives( trials of faith), do we begin to murmur, do we turn our backs at God, do we begin to go our own way, do we begin to put our trust in man rather in God. The Lord will help us in Jesus name. For the Bible made us to understand that in this world we will have tribulations, but there is encouragement it says be of good cheer for I have overcome the world, so we are over-comers, being a born- again Christian is not a bed of roses it is hard work ( the Bible says we must begin to work out salvation with fear and trembling after we surrender our lives to Jesus) .
This woman believed that the God of Elisha can’t fail and will never fail.
She left home that day with a great faith that the God of Elisha, The God that blessed her even when she had given up hope waiting (because when the man of God told her that about this season, according to the time of life, thou shalt embrace a son, she did not believe, she said Nay, my Lord, thou man of God do not lie unto thine hand maid) would bring her son back to life.
She also had a positive confession in her mouth and her heart ( for the Bible says out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh) concerning her situation. She said All is well and It is well. The Bible says in Prov. 18:21 ‘Death and life are in the power of the tongue and they that love it shall eat the fruits thereof.
Brethren the woman of Shunammite confessed life for her son and she received him alive.
Brethren we must be careful of the words we utter out of our mouth, our words can either save us or enslave us. Brethren words are potent so we need to be careful the words we speak out, not only words but our thoughts as well for the Bible says as a man thinketh in his heart so he is, they say if you want to change a man, change the way he thinks.
My prayer is that God will give us the grace to season our speech with grace and salt so we know how we ought to answer every man.
May The God of heaven hear and strengthen us from Zion on the day of our trouble in Jesus name.

“Be courageous”

By Dr. Abayomi Sanusi
I thank God for the opportunity to share with you these words, mere reminders of the scriptural precepts you are already familiar with.
Called to be courageous
We are called to be courageous. To be strong and persevere despite unfavourable situation in our relationships, life, career, and in everything this world might hurl at us. Practically it means to continue bravely when threat, pain, danger, fear, and unfavourable circumstances work against you to stop you. To be courageous is to have the guts, or nerves, or a stubborn persistence and the fortitude to do what is right, and continue to the
Being courageous drives you toward your destiny and Godʼs expected end for you. (Jeremiah 29:11- For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end)
There are promises attached to being courageous in response to Godʼs commands, and in the things that pertain to His kingdom. Joshua 1.6-9. He never lets down those who obey Him, and persevere courageously in
doing His will.
Instances of courage in action!
(1) A familyʼs courage had perpetual consequences for their nation. In direct disobedience to Pharaoh Mosesʼ family did not cast him into the water when he turned out to be a male child. There is good reason to believe others might have done
(Ex1.11,13,14). Mosesʼ mother and sister took a risk by watching what happened to Moses and setting themselves up as unrelated carers willing to assist Pharaohʼs daughter to look after her Hebrew son. They were not only paid to look after their own baby, but also allowed to be an exception to the established rule (Ex 2.1-10).
The consequences of their courage meant that the future liberator of their people was exposed to the knowledge and worship of the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob; the history of his people till Joseph, and their prevailing hardship. He also had the privilege of being a child within the household of Pharaoh – a prince of Egypt.
(2) A peopleʼs courage and prayers to God changed their destiny! The afflicted children of Israel sensed an opportunity for political change and prayed to God. God sprung into action by preparing Moses for the task of leading them to freedom. (Ex.2-23-25, Ex.3.6-8)
(3) A man called Moses. His entire life was an illustration of how to be courageous. (Ex. 2.11-12,17,22). He became a criminal and a fugitive, wanted for murder. He became a friend of God. He spoke almost face to face with God! His people were not only liberated, but had innumerable opportunity to witness Godʼs greatness, faithfulness and power.
Courage by proxy (The Hebrew Midwives Ex1.15-21, Pharaohʼs daughter, The Hebrew striver Ex2.13-14)
Will you be courageous and remain so?
Have you been courageous? Will you be courageous? Will you remain courageous? They heard the word of God, the law of the land and internalised them. They reacted by applying their life experiences and their knowledge of Godʼs word to each situation. They had an opportunity to change their mind, and give it all up, but persisted in the face of
even that adversity.
What area of your life requires courage: family, relationships, financial, career, education, employment, planning for something? Have you noticed that courage tends to spread in families and close communities? Your courage could be the start of the transformation of someoneʼs life and destiny.
Find the word of God that deals with the area of concern and be courageous in applying Godʼs word. God knows the issues you are dealing with and wants to give you a favourable outcome. His thoughts toward you are those of love and compassion.
Be courageous not only in this month, but perpetually. He will give you an expected
successful end.

Courageous men would conquer nations

By Minister Aderemi Adelugba –
Text: Numbers 13: 1-33
Joshua 1:1-6 – There shall not any man be able to stand before thee all the days of thy life: as I was with Moses, so I will be with thee: I will not fail thee, nor forsake thee. Be strong and of a good courage: for unto this people shalt thou divide for an inheritance the land, which I sware unto their fathers to give them.
The Bible lists several men who were the kind of men God would want us to follow as examples for our life. Men like Moses, Joshua, David, Elijah, Elisha, Job, Daniel and Paul demonstrated great faith and courage. They had the boldness of the Lord. Although, they experienced problems, they conquered in various ways in life. I pray we would be like them in Jesus name. If you must conquer nations like these men, you have a part to play in the game.
Courage is required if you must enter into a sea when you have never swum before. Courage and understanding would encourage you of how to come out if you get into a difficulty. The word of the Lord to the people in Joshua 1:1-6 was clear. Whether you are a man or a woman, for you to conquer nations, courage is required. You have been faithful and the Lord has shown you kindness. Now you need to play your part, start adding courage to your faith and you will conquer nations in Jesus name.
Moses as a leader went from being timid to becoming a bold man of God. He was known as a great leader. He was greatly used by God to deliver His people from bondage. He led his people to begin a journey into Canaan. God gave him the Ten Commandments on the Mount Sinai etc. These attributes depicts a man who was so timid and had no courage previously. But when the power of the Lord came upon him, he began to deliver nations from bondage and slavery. God wants to use you to do something greater, but you must be courageous and be strong. The scripture says in Daniel 11:32 – They that know their God will be strong and they will do exploits.
Courageous men will stand and confront situations that do not honour God: Joshua was such a perfect example of a strong man; he stood before men and women even at the age of 110. He summoned the leaders of Israel to Shechem for a farewell address. He charged them to obey the Lord who had fought for them and given them the inheritance. He warned them of the danger of apostasy, saying, “Choose you this day whom you will serve….”
Grasshopper courage will be defeated: In Numbers 13: 1-33, we saw how men with grasshopper mentality lost the battle to conquer nations. For you to be able to conquer nations you must be a man who will stand for God, you must be prepared to answer questions and, respond to issues with faith. When Moses sent the twelve spies to see the land of Canaan, the assignment from Moses appear daunting and complex, but one of the questions they were tasked to answer was in Numbers 13: 18: And see the land, what are it; and the people that dwelleth therein, whether they be strong or weak, few or many? Ten of the spies felt defeated by what they saw. Caleb and Joshua declared victory by the grace of God. They were not moved by what they saw; they believed the report of the Lord. The others exhibited fear and felt like grasshoppers before giants. God will remove every grasshopper mentality in your life in Jesus name.
A man who must overcome must be prepared to explore: Moses charged the twelve spies to go all out; he encouraged them to be courageous. It is impossible to become an achiever, if you do not have courage and you are lazy. Proverbs 12:24-25 – The hand of the diligent will rule, but
the lazy man will be put to forced labour. The ten men truly explored, but they lost courage along the line. You will not lose courage in Jesus name.
A strong man knows how to recognise opportunities: David recognised an opportunity to destroy Goliath by faith. He visualised victory, while others were thinking he was a giant. The spies ascended by the south, and on their way up, there saw opportunities and excellent views everywhere, even when they cut down the grapes, they were unaware of the beauty of the land God was giving to them. They just could not see with the eyes of faith. They could not see how productive the grape fruits they caught were.
Jephathah was another man, at the time of his expulsion from his father’s house; he did not know how he would end up. But he went out of the city with courage. He was determined he would not return to his people as a failure. He took up boldness to re-package himself, and did not see his rejection as an excuse. When the time was right, the scripture says in Judges 11:6-8- And they said to Jephthah, Come, and be our captain, that we may fight with the children of Ammon. And Jephthah said to the elders of Gilead, Did not you hate me, and expel me out of my father’s house? and why are you come to me now when you are in distress? And the people and princes of Gilead said one to another, What man is he that will begin to fight against the children of Ammon? he shall be head over all the inhabitants of Gilead. That was the time for Jephthah to shine. He took the opportunity and courage to negotiate his return to the top. You will recover from every losses, and you will come back to conquer nations in Jesus name.
Prayer points:
O Lord, remove every grasshopper mentality from my life in Jesus name.
O lord, grant me heavenly courage to confront any problems that I may be faced with in Jesus name.

They who know their God shall be strong and courageous

By Pastor (Mrs) Anthonia Obafaiye –
Text: Dan. 11:32
The Theme of the month of June is Strong and Courageous as spoken by God through His Prophet, and I perceive in my spirit that God is saying to someone here today be strong and courageous for I am with you.
Brethren of our own accord we can do absolutely nothing but I rejoice at the word of God in the Book of Phil. 4:13 which says, ‘I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me’.
The Bible says in Zechariah. 4:6, ‘not by power, not by might but by the spirit of God’.
True strength and courage comes from God, we can only have the strength and courage of God if we know him and most importantly if He knows you and I. The Bible makes us to understand in the Book of 2Tim. 2:19 ‘Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are His, and let everyone that name the name of Christ depart from iniquity’.
Knowing Him is confessing your sins and forsaking them and receiving Him into your life as Lord and personal saviour, when you receive Him into your life, you begin to walk with Him and work for Him. You begin to draw nearer and nearer to Him, closer and closer to Him, the more you do this, He draws nearer and closer to you and you become more pure like Him. You begin to live by His words, precepts and commandments.
Knowing Him equates to a relationship with Him which becomes a way of life for you. Like Father like son, Like Father like daughter. You draw near to him in praise, worship, prayer, in reading, studying, meditating, and memorising His word, and above all putting His word into practice (obeying His word, very important).
Knowing Him and He knowing you comes with His Presence, Psa. 16:11 ‘Thou wilt shew me the path of life, in thy presence is fullness of joy and at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore’. When you carry His presence, it comes with intimacy with Him.
The Bible says in Isa. 40:28-31. So as you wait upon The Lord, He renews your strength, He gives you courage to withstand whatever may come your way.
Brethren the Bible says in Neh. 8:10 that, ‘the joy of The Lord is your strength’. Jesus is the only true Joy giver and it is through His Joy that we receive strength. In Acts 4:12 ‘ for there is none other name under Heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved’. Except the name of Jesus, John 14:6 He is the way, the truth and the life, no one can come to the Father except through Him. So if you want true Joy then come to Jesus and he will deliver you and give you His Joy and strength.
Our own strength can get us nowhere, without Him we can do absolutely nothing. It is in Him we move, we live and have our being. No one can cause you to be strong and courageous unless God inputs it in you. Samson thought his strength was by Him when he said In Judges 16:20 ‘ I will go out as at other times before, and shake myself. And he wist not that The Lord was departed from him.’
May The Lord not depart from you and I in Jesus name.
Our confidence and boldness are of Him, because He has never failed, can’t fail and will never fail, Our God is infallible; no one can match Him in all His Glory and Awesomeness. That is the assurance and hope that you and I have in The Lord. On Christ the solid rock I stand, all other ground is sinking sand; all other ground is sinking sand. Psa. 61:2 ‘From the end of the earth will I cry unto thee, when my heart is overwhelmed, lead me to the rock that is higher than I’.
David understood this about God when he said to Goliath in the Book of 1Sam. 17:45-47
‘Then said David to the Philistine, Thou cometh to me with a sword and with a spear, and with a shield, but I come to thee in the name of The Lord of Hosts, the God of the armies of Israel, whom thou hast defiled. This day will The Lord deliver thee into mine hand, and I will smite thee and take thine head from thee and I will give the carcasses of the host of the Philistines this day unto the fowls of the air, and to the wild beasts of the earth, that all the earth may know that there is a God in Israel. And all this assembly shall know that The Lord saveth not with sword and spear, for the battle is the Lord’s and he will give you into our hands.
Brethren this was a boy of 17 years confronting a giant of 13 foot tall a seasoned warrior, he knew that the God that gave him the strength and courage to tear a lion and a bear to pieces would deliver him from the hands of Goliath.
Moses understood this as well when God told him that an angel will go with them and he said to God in Exo. 33:12 ‘and Moses said unto The Lord, see, thou sayeth unto me, Bring up this people and thou hast not let me know whom thou wilt send with me. Yet thou hast said, I know thee by name, and thou hast also found grace in my sight. And God answered him in verse 14 ‘And he said, My presence shall go with thee, and I will give thee rest. Moses knew that without the presence of God there will be no strength and courage.
Joshua had the greatest assurance any man can receive from God, when God said to him in Jos. 1:1-6 (Read) No wonder Joshua being a mere mortal was able to confront the Captain of the host of the Lord thinking He was a mere mortal like him in Jos. 5:13-15. This great servant of God, did not stop there but in Jos. 10:1-14 When five Kings came against him in battle and whilst the battle was still raging and the day was coming to an end and their enemies began to flee from battle, Joshua said in the sight of Israel, Sun, stand thou still upon Gibeon, and thou, Moon, in the valley of Aijalon. And the sun stood still, and the moon stayed, until the people had avenged themselves upon their enemies. Is not this written in the book of lasher? So the sun stood still in the midst of heaven, and hastest not to go down about a whole day. Verse 14 and there was no day like that before it or after it, that The Lord hearkened unto the voice of man, for The Lord fought for Israel.
The Lord will fight for you and you will hold your peace in Jesus name.
It was the strength and courage of God in the life of Joseph that empowered him to flee from Potiphar’s bed in the Book of Gen. 39:7-13 for he said in verse 9 ‘how then can I do this great wickedness and sin against God?

The Bible says in Job 28:28, ‘The fear of God is wisdom and to depart from evil is understanding’. True wisdom and understanding comes from God and if any man lacks this the Bible encourages us to ask from God who gives liberally.
Daniel: Dan. 6: 1-28. An excellent spirit always goes hand in hand with the strength and courage of God.
The Bible says in the Book of Prov. 18:16 ‘A man’s gift maketh room for him, and bringeth him before great men’.
It was the Divine excellency and wisdom of God upon Daniel that made room for him in a strange land and he stood before the reign of 3 Kings and he was always preferred above his adversaries and peers. May you stand out in life, wherever you find yourselves may you be preferred above all in Jesus name.
The Bible makes us to understand that King Darius signed the writing and the decree; I want to believe he had no idea that it was a plot against his special friend Daniel.
The Bible says in Ecc. 8:4 ‘Where the word of a king is there is power, and who may say unto him, what doest thou? The decree had been sealed, there was no going back for the King even though in verse 10 the Bible says Daniel knew that the writing was signed and he went into his house and his windows being open in his chamber toward Jerusalem, he kneeled upon his knees three times a day and prayed and gave thanks before his God, as he did afore time. (Your walk and work for God must become a way of life, it needs to be consistent, it needs to become like a habit for you, Daniel did this all the time. Sunday service he was there, Wednesday digging deep he was there, Saturday morning prayer he was there, night vigil he was there, House fellowship on Sunday after church he was there, Evangelism on Saturdays he was there).
They that know their God will be strong and courageous and they will do exploits for Him in Jesus name.
Daniel knew the God he served, he knew that God will never fail nor forsake him, peradventure he fell into the hands of those wicked presidents and princes that sought to find an occasion against him to put him into trouble with the King, so the King can dislike him. When the ways of a man pleases God he maketh his enemies to be at peace with him.
Brethren the Bible says surely they shall gather but because the gathering is not of Him, they will scatter in Jesus name. He said they will come against us in one way but they will flee from us in 7 ways in Jesus name.
The Bible says in Lam. 3:37 ‘Who is he that saith and it cometh to pass, when The Lord commandeth it not?
Brethren the God of Daniel delivered him from the den of lions because he demonstrated His strength and courage, the Bible says that King Darius was so sore displeased with himself and he set his heart to deliver Daniel but he would not, the Bible says the arm of flesh will fail at all times but they that put their trust in God shall be like Mt Zion that abideth forever.
In verse 19-23, the King arose very early in the morning and went in haste unto the den of lions and when he got there he cried with a lamentable voice unto Daniel and asked ‘O Daniel servant of the living God is they God, whom thou servest continually (this statement means the God you are never tired of serving) able to deliver thee from the lion’s den? Daniel answered, O King, live for ever, My God hath sent his angel, And hath shut the lion’s mouths, that they have not hurt me, for as much as before him innocence was found in me, and also before thee, O King, have I done no hurt’.
Brethren the Bible says Jesus said the prince of this world cometh to me and found nothing in me.
My prayer is that our testimony will be the same in Jesus name.
May the strength and courage of God be our clothing, and may we demonstrate it in our lives at all times in Jesus name.
Brethren I have come to encourage someone here today, that whatever might represent the den of lions in your life, The Lord God Almighty, The man of war will deliver you in Jesus name.
The Bible says in Eph. 6:10 ‘Finally, my Brethren be strong in The Lord and in the power of his might.
1Sam. 30:6-8
Father whatever situation I find myself in life, may your strength and courage come from within me in Jesus name.

Job 5:19
Father whatever situation I might find myself in life, Father deliver me in Jesus name

May the Lord hear you in the day of trouble, may the name of the God of Jacob defend thee, may He send you help from the sanctuary and strengthen you out of Zion in Jesus name.

God will preserve you for His glory

—–By Pastor Aderemi Adelugba,
Text: Genesis 37: 1-36
The bible says in Psalm 121:3-4, “He will not allow your foot to slip; he who keeps you will not slumber. Behold, he who keeps Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep”.
We should trust in the living God, for He alone is able to protect and preserve. His mercy endures forever. He cares for us day and night. Even when you are sleeping, He is watching over you. Psalm 4:8 says, “In peace will He lay me down and sleep; for you, Jehovah, alone make me dwell in safety”. I pray the Lord will not sleep over your case in Jesus name.
Today’s text is taken from Genesis 37: 1-36. It is the story of Joseph and his brothers. God preserved the life of Joseph, even when the whole world thought it was over for him.
Joseph was a son born to his father in his old age. Of all his father’s sons, He was highly favoured, but his brothers hated him. I pray that all those people who hate you would be subdued in Jesus name.
Joseph was exposed to problem right from his youth. His father made him various coats with beautiful colours showing his special love for him – What more can a father offer his son. You will be preferred above your contemporaries in Jesus name.
In verse 5, Joseph shared his dream with his family, which prompted his brothers to hate him more, and they plotted to kill his dream. There are enemies and evil people around you waiting for you to share your plan so they can thwart it. The Lord will preserve your dream from being thwarted in Jesus name. Your dream will not be aborted in Jesus name.
Preserved from slavery to glory – In verse 7-9, Joseph’s brother felt insulted to the extent that they envied him. The envy and rage lead to him being sold for a token of twenty shekels of silver. But God is able to preserve the soul of the righteous person. Psalm 86:2 ‘Preserve my soul; for I am holy: O thou my God, save thy servant that trusteth in thee’. Joseph put his trust in the Lord, and rather than dwelling in slavery and poverty, the Lord preserved and promoted him. 1 Timothy 4:10 ‘For therefore we both labour and suffer reproach, because we trust in the living God, who is the Saviour of all men, specially of those that believe’. You may be going through a situation which is not your own fault; God is in your situation and, He will preserve your life in Jesus name.
Delay is not a denial – Joseph’s brothers could only delay the fulfilment of his dream, but they had no power to stop God from completing what He was going to do in his life. In Genesis 41:37-46, Joseph became second in command to Pharaoh. The Lord is interested in your progress. He is not interested in those who are able to kill the body but not the soul. Your dreams shall not be aborted in Jesus name.
It can only be God – Psalms 127:1, Except the Lord keep the city, the watchmen would watch in vain. Thieves may enter and they would do away with all the valuables. But when God is in charge, all city keepers and watchmen would stand back and leave the gates opened, and no evil will be able to penetrate. Joseph’s was an example of God’s protection. When God took charge, the king sent for him to be released and, he was freed unto glory. Genesis 28: 15, Behold I am with you and will keep you wherever you go, and will bring you back to this land for I will not leave you until I have done what I have spoken to you. So shall it be for you in Jesus name.
God is able to fulfill His plans – He can turn situations around. He can preserve you when the whole world thinks it is finished for you. Jabez was a man born to his mother in pain and, she named him sorrow. But, he cried unto the Lord and his situation was changed. Let us always look to God’s for His help. In all the affairs and business of our families, we must depend upon Him to preserve our life.
Be rest assured that the Lord can preserve you. Joseph went to jail, he returned, and got crowned a leader in a foreign land. So what else do you think God cannot do for you? Nothing is impossible for God to do. So do not worry about your future – Only put your trust in Him and you will experience His power in Jesus name. Matthew 7:25-34
Prayer Points
O Lord, preserve my life and bless me in Jesus name.
Every attack against my life is defeated in Jesus name.

Loose him and let him go

By Pastor (Mrs) Anthonia Obafaiye –
Text: John 11: 1- 46
The Theme of the month of March is ‘Translated unto life’ as spoken by God through His Prophet and I perceive in my spirit that God is setting someone here free in Jesus name. The Bible says in John 8: 36 that whosoever the Son of man sets free is free indeed.
The Bible yet again says in Isa. 49: 24-25 that even the lawful captives, the Lord sets free, so in other words there is nothing too difficult for our God who sits in Heaven and does as He pleases to do. With Him all things are possible.
The month of March is the 3rd month of the year, 3 is the number of The Trinity.
3 is a number of perfection and I decree that The Good Lord will perfect all that concerns you in Jesus name.
The Bible makes us to understand that on the 3rd day (on a Sunday like this) over 2000 years ago that Jesus the Son of The Most High God rose from the dead and He is alive And reigns forever more. He is the Resurrection and Life and the Bible says whomsoever believes in Him will have life and have it in abundance.
The Bible makes us to understand that there was a family that our Lord Jesus loved so much Mary (Matt. 26: 7- 13) this was the lady with the alabaster of expensive ointment that anointed Jesus with this ointment and wiped our Lord’s feet with her tears and hair) and Jesus Himself testified that wherever the gospel is preached that she will be remembered for this thing she did and this was the first woman to also see Jesus after he had resurrected, Martha and Lazarus.
It came to pass that Lazarus one day, fell sick and a message was sent unto Jesus by his sisters that the one He loved was sick and when Jesus heard this he said ‘This sickness is not unto death, but for the glory of God, that the Son of God might be glorified thereby.
So Brethren when we find ourselves in some situations that we begin to wonder oh whom have I offended, why am I passing through this, ah this is too much for me to bear, has it ever occurred to us that maybe God wants to glorify Himself through that situation.
The Bible yet again made us to understand that Jesus abode two days in the same place where he was, sometimes we desire that The Lord should answer us now, not knowing that God’s time is the best and that He makes everything beautiful in His own time.
And when Jesus got to Bethany He found out that Lazarus had been in the grave for four days.
Humanly speaking all hope was lost for Lazarus, His sisters had accepted their fate, for them they thought the battle was over they had believed in their hearts that they will their Brother on the Resurrection morning. But Divinely speaking the battle had just began because it is not yet over until God says it is over. Jesus is our only Hope of Glory, with Him all things are possible, He is the Resurrection and Life, He is the Rock that can never fail. When He says Yes no one can say No. When He opens the Door no one can shut.
The Bible says in Heb 4: 15, For we have not an High Priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.
The Bible says that when Jesus saw Mary, Martha and Jews weeping He was moved with compassion and He also wept and groaned in the spirit and was troubled and He asked where they had laid him and they took Him to Lazarus’ s grave.
And the Bible makes us to believe that when death met with the one that created it, death bowed to his creator.
I prophesy to someone here that whatsoever seems dead in your life or is about to die in your life receives the life of Jesus now in Jesus name. I decree that whatsoever situation that seems hopeless in your life, so much so that people around you have written you off and have begun to say where is the God that you serve, receives the life of Jesus today in Jesus name. I have come to announce to someone here today that Jesus is your only Hope of Glory and he died so that ye might have life and have it in abundance, He became poor so that ye might be rich, He paid the price that no one else could pay over you & I.
The Bible says that Jesus cried with a loud voice, Lazarus, come forth and he that was dead came forth bound hand and foot with grave clothes and his face was bound with a napkin. Jesus said unto them, Loose him and let him go.
How do you explain this miracle, a man dead and buried for four days (The Bible says his sister Martha said Lord by this time he stinketh) he was bound hand & foot came forth alive. Our God is a Glorious God, He is a Miracle Worker there is no searching to His understanding indeed.
Brethren the Bible makes us to understand in Ezekiel 37: 1- 14 that Prophet Ezekiel was taken in the spirit by God Almighty to the Valley of Dry Bones and after a demonstration of God’s power the Dry bones became an exceeding Great Army after God breathed the Breath of life over them.
May our Father in heaven breathe over you and I His goodness, mercy and favour afresh in Jesus name.
Father as you rose from the dead on the 3rd Day may everything that is dead or about to die in my life rise to the life in you in Jesus name.
Father whatsoever that seems to be harassing me, Father harass them in Jesus name. You said in your word that you will contend with those that contend with me. You said on my behalf you will arise and fight for me and my enemies will be scattered. Father arise and favour me in this season and beyond in Jesus name.
