You will escape the snare of fowler without harm in Jesus name (Psalm 91)
I am sure you would have seen and heard about some of the reports of Tsunamis and storms which happened recently. These storms have claimed life, and fatalities are always unpreventable. However, it is not in the place of man to blame God for what has happened, or the natural disasters that have been reported, it is in the place of man to appreciate God for the people He has saved. Many people would witness and experience disasters, and, would still be able to live and tell the story and testimony. Yet, some people would perish in similar situation. Those ones that are spared death are not just “lucky”, they are the people whom the Lord has made to escape without harm, so that they can live to tell of His goodness. You may not really understand what I mean to come out of a terrible situation without harm; this is what I call “A Great Escape”. By the grace of God, this is the very last month (December) in the year 2013, and, in your journey this year, God has made you to escape like a bird from the fowler’s snare; the snare has been broken, and we have escaped.
The meaning of snare and fowler – Snare is a type of trap, and the person who sets this trap is known as fowler. For example, birds are created to soar and fly in the heavens above the earth, but what does man do? They trap, capture and kill them. What a cruel thing to do to a bird, and creature of God. Some people take pleasure in baiting and capturing animals, and, capturing to injure and maim is the joy derived by them. These people are known as fowlers. They are the same people who lay traps for human beings. I pray that as many may want to lay traps for you, as this year is coming to an end, they will be disappointed in Jesus name. You will escape their traps and, they will be put to shame in Jesus’ name. A fowler would sometimes possess the character of the devil, because they use all sorts of mechanism to ensnare and trap birds until they are captured. The fowler would continue to lay ambush for Christians, just to maim them. I don‘t know who the fowler is in your family, the Lord will deliver you from them in Jesus name. In Ps 91:3 – Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence.
God is in the business of deliverance from every snare – He will deliver you from the trap of the fowlers in Jesus name. The scripture states in Isaiah 54:15, behold, they shall surely gather together, but not by me: whosoever shall gather together against thee shall fall for thy sake. So, the message is, do not be afraid, the one who has made you not to fall since January of this year will make you see and celebrate the new 2014 in Jesus name.
Examples of people God delivered without harm from the snare of fowler
There was a time when it seems like there was no escape route for the Israelites while they were suffering in the hand of Pharaoh in Egypt, but when God was ready to pull them out, the Lord made it happen in just one day. I pray that your deliverance from every snare will not be delayed in Jesus name; you shall be delivered with speed in Jesus name.
In Exodus 14:1-10, the Lord told Moses, tell your people to encamp near the Red Sea, because I will make Pharaoh and his people to come find you, and I will make them to suffer. God knew it clearly that Pharaoh and his army would still pursue them. On that occasion, the children of Israel saw the army and panicked, but with God, they escaped all pursuits. The Egyptians they saw on that day were all destroyed, and they saw them never again. I don’t know how the people around you have become difficult and have decided to make life difficult for you, but from today, I decree and declare that you will see those difficult people no more. They will be relieved of their power and authority in Jesus name.
In Daniel 6:6-9 – Daniel was thrown into Lion’s den, we saw how the princes secured an injunction against the man of God, who was just serving and praising God. The “fowlers” conspired and secured a ban on prayer. Their petition to the king was that no one should make a petition to another god for 30 days except to the king. King Darius had no choice, than to sign it into law, which could not be amended. Brethren, men would rise up as fowlers against you, they will enter into occultist agreement because of you, they would even force people in authority to sign laws that could work against you, but be still, calm down, because, they will surely gather, but it would not be unto the Lord, and they would fail, and the Lord will deliver you, and make a way of escape for you in Jesus name.
Even though King Dairus was a bit supportive to deliver Daniel from the entrapment of the snare by the fowler, they continued to push and push until the conspirators, with the evidence that Daniel had violated the decree, gathered and pressurised the king to throw Daniel into the lion’s den. It is humanly impossible for Daniel to escape being chewed by the lion, but God caused the lion to fall asleep while Daniel was also resting. People around you who are pretending to be friends with you could be the fowler; God will set you free from their plots against you in Jesus name.
In Daniel 6: 18-20, we saw that the King lost his sleep because of Daniel, he spent the night fasting, and was really sad. Then the king arose very early in the morning, and went in haste unto the den of lions. And when he came to the den, he cried with a lamentable voice unto Daniel: and the king spake and said to Daniel, O Daniel, servant of the living God, is thy God, whom thou servest continually, able to deliver thee from the lions? While the king had stated to Daniel in verse 16, “Thy God whom thou servest continually, he will deliver thee,” Daniel’s response was simple message of escape. In Daniel 6:21-23, then said Daniel unto the king, O king, live forever. My God hath sent his angel, and hath shut the lions’ mouths, that they have not hurt me: forasmuch as before him innocency was found in me; and also before thee, O king, have I done no hurt. You will have no hurt in Jesus name.
God can hide you from the snare: Your friends can become fowlers who would make a trap for you downfall: The scripture says in Exodus 14: 1-2: God gave the Israelites a hiding place, so that when the Egyptians appeared, they will escape.
Keep moving and hold your peace: Another strategy or understanding is that, be rest assured that you have already escaped and your battle is won. Moses declared, the Egyptian you see today, you will see them no more.
Persistence: When you continue to serve God without wavering, He will give you the escape route and no evil will be powerful enough to hold you back in Jesus name.
