Text: Ezekiel 21:27
To overturn means to turn something over or upside down. It could also mean to reverse or cancel something previously decided or ordered.
The God we serve is infinite in power such that He can overturn negative events and difficult situations in favour of those who put their trust in Him. It does not matter the height of the challenge, the depth of despair, the width of the adversity or the length of the trial, our God is able to overturn it for your good. And so, I decree into your life that the Almighty God will arise in His power and overturn any unpleasant situation you are facing in Jesus name.
The God that overturns is also the extraordinary strategist. The scripture records that “and we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to His purpose” (Romans 8:28). This means there must be some togetherness of events and situations (good and bad) to bring forth your season of testimony. That is why I know that no matter the intensity of the situation you are passing through, the Almighty God will turn it around for your gain. Perhaps, the Israelites (Exodus 14:23-30) even encountered a worse situation than you are facing. But, remember that just when the enemy thought it was over for them, the Almighty God stepped in and overturned the situation in favour of the Israelites. The same God that showed up for the Israelites will show up and favour you today in Jesus name.
The God that overturns is also a professional in setting trap for the enemy. While the Israelites walked upon dry land in the midst of the sea, the Almighty God used it to trap the enemy. The frozen walls of the sea suddenly melted and Pharaoh, his chariots, and the horsemen all drowned (Exodus 14:28). I decree into your life that not only will God overturn events and difficult situations to your favour; He will also destroy the enemy in Jesus name.
Hold on and don’t quit!
