It can also be defined as unmerited favour, God’s free action for the benefit of His people.

What does it mean to watch?
To watch means to be vigilant, be alert, be on your guard, take heed. The Hebrew word translated watch means to have the alertness of a guard at night.

Why should we watch?

Divine healing is good but you will agree with me that living in divine health is better.
The Bible records that our body is the temple of the Holy Spirit 1 Cor 6 vs 19 – 20. If that is true and we know that everything about God or His Spirit is perfect and Holy, then it will dawn on us that His perfect will about our wellbeing is to perpetually live in divine health.

He created everything that means He is the manufacturer of all things including all the parts of our bodies, so if by any reason any part is not functioning as it should be, He has the ability to completely replace that part.
